Welcome to the band
Welcome to Top Brass and Wind
Top Brass and Wind was founded in 2017. Jackie Adams leads the band, having previously inspired many young players in the junior section of Gillingham Imperial Silver Band. Over the years, we have included a variety of instruments in our number, including trombones, trumpets, clarinets, flutes, euphoniums, drums, tubas, bass guitars, oboes, tenor horns, saxophones, and flugelhorns.
Dipping into our extensive music pads, we play popular songs, film and theatre scores, swing, blues, rock and roll, and jazz.

Current dates
Term starts again on:
April 15th to 13th May
Extra rehearsal on 14th May Concert on the 16th May at St Mary’s church Gillingham in aid of Dementia charity.
Break for two weeks.
June 3rd to July 29th
Summer Break
September 2nd to Oct 14th
Extra rehearsal in St Mary’s church on the 15th followed by a concert on the 17th October, raising funds for a Dementia charity as before
Cost
Fees are £56 for the current term to July 29th
We also accept cash payment on the night of £4 per session
